The journey to the room was a bit of a hassle, with uneven pathways outside, made dragging luggage a workout. The hallway carpeting created friction. An extra hand during this process would have been appreciated.

This place was just what we had hoped for, totally recommend. The location was great and lovely, for example, Cliffs of Moher Walking Trail was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Couples looking for a unique experience
The welcome was lovely, a handwritten note and brownies greeted us in the room. Breakfast was great, can't get over that brioche french toast, I'm telling you, it's genius.
It was a bit pricey, but not unacceptable for what we got.

I found the environment quite unwelcoming and sterile. The staff seemed disinterested in providing assistance, which left a sour taste . When we arrived, the reception staff continued their private conversation without acknowledging us.

missingWrote a review on 01 Junclean roomgreat diningfriendly serviceluggage hasslebarstool discomfort
I had a cozy family room . It was clean and modern, made for a pleasant environment. The staff offered friendly service. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Russell's restaurant below provided great dining experiences, although the barstools weren't comfortable, especially for older guests. Struggling with luggage outside was a hassle due to the rocky path, and no one offered help at reception. Managing the carpeted hallway was tricky with two kids and an older mother. Lobby felt cute, but the small inconveniences added up.
